Another Civic Send Off

From time to time we invite representatives from the communities we serve to visit Beatrice, to see what we do and give a send off to the party on the boat that day.

Recently it was the turn of Cllr Mahfooz Ahmad, the Chairman of Cheddleton Parish Council, the parish in which we are based. He visited accompanied by the Parish Clerk, Louise Eyre. They waved off staff and pupils from Abbey Hill Academy before also taking the opportunity to visit our neighbours at the Cheddleton Flint Mill.
